Craft Beer Tools
Our first pieces for the beer lines and taps have started arriving!!!
These are the fermentation tanks that hold the beer for ~11 days as the yeasts work their magic!! We had to go across the border to retrieve them.
A Little Bit of History
This is our 100+ year old bar from The Gates of St Leon, a hotel near the hot springs at St. Leon, B.C. on the Arrow Lakes. It spent the last 27 years in storage before being recovered by us!
Nothing makes us feel more like a brewery than our wonderful kegs showing up from Lawson Kegs in Ontario!!
